For each model we've gone ahead and created dozens of variations so you can see the impact of things like the following on your ability to achieve financial independence:

  • Earning 10% more (or less) income from your job
  • Acquiring rental properties with 5% down payments (Nomad™ strategy), and traditional 20% down payments, 25% down payments
