On the Return in Dollars Scenario Chart you can track the appreciation, depreciation, debt pay down and the cash flow for all the rental Properties in a Scenario all on the same Chart.
Use this Chart to get a feel for how much each of the 4 areas of return from rental properties are contributing to the Scenario for each month.
Here is an example showing the 4 areas of return in dollars with stacking turned off.
Or, have the returns stack on top of each other to get a feel for the overall return and how much each of the 4 areas contributes individually.
You can even choose to adjust for inflation to see what the returns look like in today's dollars.
Or, you can choose to view it as line charts.
