The following is the checklist to be used primarily by a real estate agent after an investor meeting. It is based on what I use as our checklist for preparing for our investor classes in Fort Collins.
Post-Class Marketing
- Process video and upload to YouTube.
- Post video on RealEstateFinancialPlanner.com and lock it down for client/Premium only access.
- After recording of class is posted, send email to everyone via Meetup, MailChimp and Drip.
- Do “Nice To See You” via Meetup for everyone that attended.
- Leave 5 star feedback and write a brief thank you as a comment on the Meetup.
- Reply to all Meetup comments as they come in thanking people for attending and being friendly and welcoming.
- Post photos from investor meeting to Meetup.
- Post photos from investor meeting to Facebook page for James Orr Real Estate Services inviting people to next class.
- Post photos from investor meeting to Facebook page for Nomad Investor Club inviting people to next class.
- Post photos from investor meeting to Facebook page for NCREIG inviting people to next class.
- Post photos from investor meeting to my personal Facebook timeline inviting people to next class.
- Ask people to share the classes on Facebook.
