The After for Real Estate Agents checklist are the things that Real Estate Agents working with Nomads should do after they’ve helped their Nomads buy Nomad properties.
It is part of the three major checklists that we have:

After for Real Estate Agents
The following are my recommendations for tasks that Real Estate Agents should complete after helping their Nomad clients purchase their Nomad properties.
Month 9 After Purchase
Remind Nomad client that they should start thinking about marketing for a Tenant/Tenant Buyer for their property no later than 60 days before they plan to move into their next Nomad property
Month 11 After Purchase
Reach out to Nomad client and let them know approximately what their current Nomad property is worth (a formal CMA) so they know the value of the property at the time they converted it to a rental for Depreciation purposes
